Overview
These terms set the rules for using Cloud Vision VPS services. They are a plain-language commercial template, not jurisdiction-specific legal advice.
Accounts and service use
You must provide accurate account details, keep credentials secure, and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for activity under your account and the content you deploy.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for malware, phishing, illegal content, unauthorised access, spam, abusive scanning, or activity that harms the network or other customers.
Billing and renewal
Fees are due in advance on the selected billing cycle. Renewal, late-payment, cancellation, tax, and price-change rules must be completed to match your billing provider and jurisdiction.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend service where reasonably necessary to protect security, the network, other customers, or comply with law. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Liability and changes
Service availability and remedies are governed by the SLA. Complete the governing law, liability cap, dispute process, and notice address with qualified legal counsel before use.
